Our story
Montana Gatherings & Events is led by owner and founder, Carey Boynton. Born, raised, and happily rooted in Bozeman, Carey grew up with the mountains as her backdrop and hospitality in her bones. What began as helping friends pull off heartfelt weddings became a full-time calling to design and coordinate events that balance style with substance.
Today, she partners with couples, families, and companies to bring their vision to life with grace, good taste, and a calm, can-do spirit.

Carey Boynton is indeed a master of her craft! I cannot even begin to put into words how thankful I am for her skills and hard work. It’s hard to even describe the art and beauty she instilled in our wedding and celebration. She nudged us in the right direction for making decisions for our celebration that created a MAGICAL day. Without her calm and even keel, I would have been much more anxious. But not with Carey handling our event. In addition to officiating, she designed and decorated our event, from the entrance to gorgeous, elegant floral table arrangements. I still get dreamy when I think about that day.
