EPIC! That is the word I heard over and over from my guests. And it is an apt description to describe what an incredible event my husband’s 80th Birthday Party was. And the thanks go to Carey at Montana Gatherings!
Once I contracted her, she guided me through the entire process from helping me choose the dinnerware, glassware, table decor, bar, tents — everything. Of course, she doesn’t require that you do that and if you prefer, you can just consult with her, but I was an amatuer and this event was for up to 100 guests in my backyard.
My husband is a waterfowl and upland game bird hunter so that was the theme. The color coordination and centerpieces on the table had grasses with different bird feathers and shotgun shells adorning the arrangement. It was absolutely beautiful! And our guests could take one home if they chose. Her communication is excellent and I knew exactly what to do and expect at every step along the way.
On the day of, I was calm and happy and was able to enjoy my event with my husband instead of worrying about things because Carey had it all under control. It is rare that something doesn’t go wrong, but I can honestly say that EVERYTHING went EXACTLY as it was supposed to! If you want a stress free event so you can enjoy yourself too, she is your go to.
